VW T4 1.9 Abl Turbo Diesel engine fully remanufactured with new amc cylinder head.

Comes with 12 months warranty

All our engines are stripped and cleaned in our metalas washer. All engines are rebored, rehoned and refaced on our state of the art comec machines to manufacturers specification.

They are assembled by ourselves using brand new amc cylinder head. (Not reworked or infearer copies)

4 New German Kolbenschmidht over size pistons, Orginal Manufacturers to VAG Group.

Polished or reground crankshaft fit with new kolbenschmidht bearings.

New Kolbenschmidht big end bearings and bolts.

New kolbenschmidht thrust washers.

New core plugs.

New oil pump.

New Head gasket Elring or Glaser.

New head bolts Elring or laser.

New Ivam valves.

New hydraulic followers.

New camshaft.

There are 2 Types of the AAB Engine, Early and late.

Early Engines adjust the main timing belt by the water pump.

And Later engines have a separate tensioner
