All our engines are stripped and cleaned in our metalas washer. All engines are re-bored on our state of the art comec boring bar and re-honed to manufacturers specification, they are reassembled by ourselves using
Brand new AMC cylinder head (not reworked or infearer copies) 4 new German kolbenschmidt over size pistons. (original manufacturers to vag group) polished or reground crankshaft fit with new kolbenschmidt bearings. new kolbenschmidt big end bearings and bolts. new kolbenschmidt thrust washers. new core plugs. new oil pump (febi bilstein or kolbenschmidt). new haed gasket german elring. new head bolts febi bilstein. full set of gaskets german elring. new timing belt.
