It is the buyers responsibility to check before purchasing, that it is the correct part.
We will give advise and answer any questions to make sure that the item is correct for your vehicle. If the item is wrongly ordered we will refund the item less original postage costs and a handling charge of 10%. The cost of returning the part is the customer’s responsibility in all cases, but if you have asked our advise before ordering and we have supplied wrongly the postage cost to you will be refunded.
The refund or replacement will be for the item purchased only, no labour will be paid for the replacement or removal of faulty parts.
Our P&P costs include delivery, packaging and handling cost not just the cost of the postage stamp.
To avoid any disappointment please do not buy our items if you are not happy with the price charged for carriage.
